- Advertising and showing property to prospective tenants

- Comprehensive ingoing property condition report completed at start of each tenancy
- Instigate legal proceedings if necessary against a tenant on your behalf
- Attend Tenancy Tribunal hearings on your behalf.
- Thorough property inspections 4 times per year to ensure property is being looked after and to pick up any possible maintenance issues. Report sent to owners and tenants.
- We will advise of any maintenance required and coordinate this for you, using our trusted team of trade professionals and suppliers
- Liaising with tenants on all issues relating to the property on a day to day basis
- Comprehensive vacating inspection of property after tenants have moved out. We only release the bond if the property is deemed reasonable as per the requirements of the RTA
- Efficient financial transactions, operating trust style rental bank accounts and using industry leading software. This allows us to collect rents and monitor payments daily to ensure they are paid in accordance with the Tenancy Agreement. We will account to you by way of monthly statements and pay directly into your account. Annual statement issued at end of each financial year.
